This Privacy Policy explains how RaceFacture collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the RaceFacture website, account services and desktop application.

2. Data we process

Depending on how you use RaceFacture, we may process your email address, display name, account and subscription status, Discord connection, beta request, app version and the last time the desktop app contacted our service.

3. Why we use your data

We use this data to create and secure accounts, provide Pro access, process subscriptions, assign eligible Discord roles, respond to beta requests, provide support, detect abuse and keep the service reliable.

4. Service providers

RaceFacture uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Stripe for payments and Discord for optional community and role integration. These providers process data according to their own policies and our instructions where applicable.

5. Cookies and local storage

RaceFacture uses necessary browser storage for authentication, security and cookie-consent preferences. Optional cookies are only used where you have given consent.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account and billing information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting info@racefacture.com.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
